Dawn is a Co-Founder of iHOBS Ltd.  Previously, Dawn founded Hands On Project Solutions Limited, which helped B2B, B2C and start-ups businesses develop, transform and reduce costs.

Her career includes board level experience, leading IT, Change and Transformation in global multicultural organisations, within both public and private sectors. A natural talent at shaping and supporting business transformation, growth, and strategy definition, through major improvement programmes.

Dawn qualified in Electronics and has continually trained in various areas to keep up with industry best practices such as Executive Strategy & Leadership, Consultancy and Change Management

She is also a Life/Business Coach and an NLP Practitioner

As a racing driver who competes in motor club championships she is not adverse to challenges and taking risks.  She also enjoys walking and meditation.

Her goal is to be a true strategic partner with clients, understand their business aspirations and helping to find solutions to their business challenges.  She has a particular passion to help start-ups follow their dreams.
