Cogent Capital Partners Pty Ltd (CCP) is a humanitarian investment and funding umbrella of companies with global expansion.

NAGHZA ALAM
Naghza is an experienced Finance Executive with a successful track record gained over the last 20 years in a variety of industries, both private and public sectors including charities. She has an outstanding track record of turning around business cash flow for organisations. She does this through working capital management modelling and building Finance Functions to deliver the services required by the business and the all-important shareholder interest groups.
She addresses both Strategic and Operational finance to optimise financing for businesses to keep them safe in difficult times. She is passionate about growing capability for organisations and encourages teams to take on more responsibility while mentoring and keeping a watchful eye during their period of learning.
Naghza is a Public Practice trained Accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants; this enables her to stay abreast of changes in the Finance World.
DR WEI-ZHI WANG
Wei Zhi has over 25 years working in academia and is currently a freelance researcher/academic translator. She qualified in Biology in Shanghai, China and gained her PhD in molecular biology from the Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK. From 1999-2016, she worked as a research scientist in neuroscience at the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics, University of Oxford. She was a contributing author on 17 peer reviewed publications and collaborated with many scientists and clinicians at other universities and internationally. During her time as a scientist, aside from the scientific skills, she became highly skilled at problem solving, networking, supervising, project management and communication.
While working at Oxford University, Wei Zhi enjoyed being in a multicultural environment. Prior to her research career in the UK, she worked as a research assistant in a diagnostic lab in Shanghai Cancer Institute in China for six years. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
